I’m always excited to see any news from steemit development as a system. Well, to be honest I can be happier, if I see steem rise in price and market share as well. I think the same for the UI and everyone can easily see the lack of a good and exciting one. Maybe they should think over investing in UI designers and how they can make the site look more up-to-date.

    I didn't felt that they put much attention to the UI. The focus was the HF21 and then on the part of Steemit Inc, the development of Community & SMT was the focus. For the UI improvement, I'm guessing that Palnet.io might develop ahead of Steemit.com. If that happens, I would rather endorse the use of Palnet instead of Steemit.
