Only kidding, I am not in a swamp, I am however sitting with a couple of dank, brown beers. Brown, I hear you cry? Have I been milking the wrong end of a cow? Not at all. These are some mighty fine brown beers.
After last weeks astonishing double 10 boomage on the scores front, let's not mess about and get stuck straight into the tasting!
First up...
Maduro, from Cigar City Brewing. I have never heard of this bunch. It's always good to try a new, at least to me, brewery.
The can promises all sorts of coffee, toffee and chocolate delights. My Pork Odin is already getting restless at the thought. Bring it to me!!
That's a very dark brown, like my old Uncle Charlie's teeth. But then, he was a bit of a shit eater.
Anyway enough reminiscing!! How does it taste?
Hmmph. That was gash. Did no-one tell them I was coming? Me and my big sophisticated beer palate that takes no prisoners. Especially ones that taste like dank arse shavings?
Outrageous. The more I try to drink it the shittier it gets. Boo hiss. 3/10 booms. I'm being generous because I ejaculated earlier today and it has put me in quite the good mood.
Can the next one save the evening? It looks like it is all down to...
Fallen Brewing has some nifty little numbers up their sleeve and I am quite the fan of their stuff. I hope this means that they shan't betray me by putting muddy crack water into a can and selling it to me for a giggle.

This one is a tad paler than the tosh I had before it. It looks more regal. Like a brown bear wearing a crown whilst doing a shit. Yes. It suits you, your majesty.
But no matter how it looks, it only matters how it tastes, so bombs away!
Oh man, it's got that septic bitterness of a wasted life. It is genuinely like the stuff old men with yellow tobacco stained fingers drink whilst telling you that you are doing life all wrong.
I am not much of a fan, there is no character to it. Just old mannity. I will give it 5/10 booms simply because it isn't awful.

My favourite is a chipotle beer cake mexicake. It's a dark number, if I am drinking a few though I tend to go for a blond or wheat beer. It's tricky, I try so many good ones now that is hard to have a favourite!
