Holy smokes! I took a little break from Steemit, and it appears that it has been 5 months since my last post.
However, I have hit the point that I’m sure a lot of you are familiar with: BURNOUT. Well.... I'm not entirely burnt out; I think I've just been smoldering. I need to spark that flame again.
Between being a mother of two, working full-time, playing shows with my band, doing photography on the side, and still trying to take our kids on adventures, I just haven’t had the motivation to do anything extra.
I still pop in from time to time just to see what everyone has been up to, and I miss Steemit. I truly do love this community and all of the sub-communities that I have stumbled across since joining in 2017.
I have an entire cache of photos, music and writings that have accumulated over the months, and I would like to share soon. I look forward to catching up with everyone and being part of this again!
That's what I like to hear! This thing with STEEM is that I consider gathering my experiences but also what it would be like to share them; blogging has really added a new layer to the depth of my work. Excited to enjoy what you've seen over your hiatus.

I agree! Jason and I have been taking pictures of pretty much everything since we were kids. Blogging on Steemit has given us a reason to use those pictures and I think it's pretty great :)
