Mental health illnesses and feeling frustrated come together very often, probably nearly 100% of the time. Whether it be frustration because of how it makes the sufferer feel, like being anxious, depressed etc or how it restricts their life because they feel consumed by it. Being misunderstood, being treated differently and feeling alone can also be big causes of frustration and further worsen how the sufferer feels.
All is not lost though, no matter how convincing and bad it gets, there is always a path forward. Getting better can seem frustrating its self but although difficult, taking the tough path to recovery will be worth it in the end. If you are starting to feel life is getting on top of you, its never too late to fix the things that don't work. If it carries on this could easily lead to a downward spiral and become a mental illness.
If you are really struggling mentally, then it is really important to seek help, its the strongest and bravest thing to do no matter what. See a doctor, begin the process of helping yourself and I promise things will start to get better but it will take time but at least you will start to improve and not get worse.
We feel frustrated when something isn't right in our lives which is normal but when it lasts for longer than usual or you feel its getting on top of you, these are warning signs to start changing things or getting some help from a professional.
