Most of us have been programed to think negativity; as unhealthy as this is, it is also an addiction and life habit that needs to be broken. In order to change this toxic "mental auto pilot" a lot of us live in, we must begin to Daily Train our Minds to see the positive in Every Situation. Here are some of my favorite affirmations that I personally use daily.
~I expect and believe that something wonderful is just about to happen; so I stay connected with source happily creating my ideal life.
~Everything that I desire flows to me easily and joyfully.
~I make feeling good the most important thing and I am getting really good at keeping my vibrations high by choosing thoughts that feel good
~I am filled with appreciation and I am always looking for more to appreciate and enjoy.
By repeating these affirmations multiple times everyday you can begin training your mind to be more receptive and positive; increasing your well being and improving the lives of those closest to you.

Used correctly the mind can also heal the body. Used incorrectly, the mind can cause the body to become sick.
