I just went through Techstars Startup weekend here in my home town of Atlanta.

This is a journaling exercise to help me better understand what my goals are and how I want to accomplish them ...

The weekend was a lot of fun and I learned a

lot

I want to keep moving forward with the alt rich.
Things I would like to do -

• increase my social growth rate
  work within jarvee to increase the rate at which my IG is scaling
  find alternative social channels to leverage (pinterest? linkedin?)

this is a fun project that I find fulfilling ...

and!

If I keep seeing similar results with my content it will maintain profitability
not super worried about actual numbers right now,
let's just maintain consistency with content production and work on streamlining the signup process for the podcast.

Goals for week:

• create article + podcast
• create sign up / scheduling page for podcast
• continue playing w/ jarvee + brain storm additional content ideas ( +REPOST ... podcasts can go on Dsound)

Haus ...
Ahyee!! this one is definitely more stressful. The price point alone of my products is enough to give me the heebie jeebies a bit.

Moving forward. I already have multiple interested parties ... let's keep it simple and only focus on our deal with Eric ... he is our bebe.

Additionally, it will be key to continue networking.
Create another set of business cards (w/ social links) and keep talking to people.
Continue to iterate on the various housing designs. I would like to spend at least (3), 60-90 minute periods on design per week.

I can do it in the evenings or in the morning before work.
Building an email list will be key ...

How do I find my customers?
Who are my target customer??

Well... right now it is investors.
I would really like to get a virtual assistant ... can be key in helping me scale these items over time.

Haus is a brand. Haus is a movement for the people ... Haus is going to get started by selling product to investors who may not want to use it in the manner that we want them to ...
that is ok.

let's continue scaling this brand.
continue developing really cool designs.
investors can help with proof of concept, then we can expand our market.

Key focuses for the week are :

• streamlining sign up process for podcast
• working on closing sale for haus + finishing current design
• finding a virtual assistant to help me w/ all of this.
