I do sunset glamour shoots on a regular basis. This is my signature pose. Have the model begin ankle deep in water, so when she jumps, she kicks it up behind her. This creates separation so people will realize the pose is real and is not Photo Shopped.
You can see there is flash fill. Otherwise, she would be a silhouette. Sometimes it takes up to three times the normal flash power to get the correct fill. It depends upon the sunset.
