With the onset of summer, more and more of my friends and acquaintances began to ask me how to return the figure. Not in vain, the problem is relevant.
The media advise us to try the most exquisite dishes, not to limit ourselves to anything and enjoy life, but no one tells us how to properly conduct food intake, which, without sleep, gives us energy after sleep. In the end, a person quickly gains extra weight, loses comfort, mobility, that lightness and grace that he had before, up to a loss of mood ... Many despair, give up and are satisfied with discomfort and illness the rest of their lives. This is very sad.

If each of the overweight people realized all the advantages (good sleep, more strength after sleep, good reaction, always a positive attitude, good immunity, easier any movements, excellent sex life, flexibility of mind ... he would find in himself the power to live naturally, as our ancestors lived. But in fact, even in the saddest people there are forces to reach any heights! And these people feel this power! We need only the first steps, the first simple actions and at least a brief instruction that I am ready to give with all of my soul today to you!

I will say right away that each item of this instruction has already been tested on itself and on acquaintances. After all the points are accepted by you and will be included in your every day, you will never return to your past life and will advise everyone you know to live consciously and work with your head. The difference is palpable almost instantly. Each item was added to my collection of knowledge in a few years, by reading a lot of scientific literature.
In the depths of my soul, I am sure everyone would like to restore the figure, acquire the desired forms and at the same time not devote much effort to losing weight ... I will tell you this is easy! It is only necessary to live as we should live, without giving ourselves up on anything and at the same time burning that energy that we accumulate daily.

    You need to eat 3 times a day in small portions - in Russia there is a saying: have breakfast for two, have lunch with a friend, have lunch with an opponent. These are the proportions that should be related to the amount of food we consume.
    Restore the natural volume of the stomach to restore normal appetite - if the stomach is stretched (large), this will lead to frequent urge to eat. In this situation, it is necessary for the stomach to understand that a lot of food is no longer included in its volume. Food should be very satisfying and at the same time less. That is, the food must be whole and natural, so that with a small amount of food the saturation effect is observed.
    Chewing at least 30 times each spoonful of food is a good example of this is China. The Chinese who sell pork have thought up a tricky way to grow a large pig. They still cut off the fangs of a pig at an early age, after which the animal could not chew food well enough and soon gained a large mass, after which it was sold. In other words, the better the food is prepared by the teeth before digestion, the less time will be spent on its processing, the less slag in the body.     For a long time not to sit in one place - everything in the body is in balance and movement. Also, all minerals and fats should move in the body. If there is no circulation of the mineral medium in the body, deposits begin to form. Deposits are of different types, including fat.

    To refuse contraception - such drugs cause a disturbance in the hormonal system that affects the level of testosterone. Disruption of testosterone levels leads to an intense weight gain.
    Sleep no more than 7-8 hours - the body works according to biorhythms like a clock, regardless of your consciousness. This is quite a deep topic. Who sleeps so much; for this I will write the main reason why a person needs to devote so much time to sleep. In an average person, the average slag removal takes 5-6 hours, then deep sleep and vigor phases occur. The more a person sleeps after vigor, the more he does not spend the energy he needs to burn.
