The annual prize giving ceremony of our school came off the day before yesterday. The school building was decorated with flags and flowers on that occasion. The program started at 2:30 pm and lasted for three hours. The principle of the local college presided over the program. It was a day of days for the students. There were recitations, songs and the drama in which as many as twenty students took part.
As soon as the recitations and songs were over, ore Headmaster read out the annual report describing the work and progress of the school in various directions. After that the president gave away the prizes and made a short but neat speech. Then the ceremony came to an end with a vote of thanks to the president, the chief guest and all other visitors.
