I've been told today that I take on to much work. I work in a busy department and I get hasseled all the time
I'm a very approachable person, and yeah, sometimes people do walk all over me.

So, one of our suppliers sent me a really useful video from Tedx Talks
I highly recommend you give 11 minutes of your time watching this.
