Yesterday, on @blackanradio I mentioned that we must take opportunities to sow some positive vibrations. Today @guavadub visited an orphanage and did just that through our music and spending time with the children. I can’t post those pictures for obvious reasons. @pongee.k drew some fantastic pics about Jamaica and reggae music - the kids were able to keep these. We will be going back this year. Take some time to light your neck of the woods- lift up those around you - it will do your soul a world of good.
