The exciting parts of having a home is improving it right!? Erm... not so sure to be honest. We are having a new kitchen installed, it's tough work.
It's like having another job! Being in touch with installers, order bits online, deciding what colour the floor should be... deciding what take out food to have tonight; because surprise, surprise, no kitchen means no cooking. Seriously don't dare to weigh myself after this experience!
I'm lucky that my job that is actually paying me, effectively paying for the kitchen, is allowing me to work from home. Today I've been working in the cafe close to our flat to be able to manage deliveries and other admin things related to the flat.
