Guys I will give you a very good thing that helps me in life. I am not the creator of this method, it told me my partner out of business, but nevertheless I think it is useful to you, who knows and uses, the fellow who sees for the first time, this article is just for you!

The life of any human being is made up of various aspects: finance, health, love, holidays, etc. It is important to try to strike a balance in all directions. Otherwise, you will do it for Life itself.

😒 How to do this exercise?


Take a sheet of paper and redraw it wheel pictures to this post. Now assess your progress in each area on a scale of 1 to 10. Then connect the mark of your success in a circle line.


As a result, you get your personal Wheel of Life, and with it an understanding of what you personally need to pay more attention to, and that - less. In what areas do you have an imbalance.


By the way, do not despair, if you in any scale yet rated 10 points. Usually score 10 - this is a sign that soon the person is waiting in this area qualitatively new changes, revaluation of values.
