Message from the heart -
Two of the most open and receptive times of the day for everyone are,
As you're first waking
And again just as you're falling asleep.
During each of these time periods, you're relaxed and not on guard.
This means you can program your mind without defensive interference from a well-meaning brain.
Getting information directly into the subconscious allows you to tune your auto-pilot setting to positive.
Whenever your not paying attention, make sure your mind goes to what's right,
Instead of what's wrong.
Train yourself to know that, "All is well and You are more than enough."

That's a great lesson. I like starting and ending the day with possitive affirmation. Sounds like a good practice.
