I guess with the floaty video they can claim the video was viewed 5 times by me as I scrolled down the page and it kept (re)appearing... before I closed the page because I couldn't read the article which was blocked by the video.

I imagine it will all sort itself out eventually, hopefully, which is why I bother to write my comments, hoping that maybe someday they might float up... and someone who actually cares (wants something effective not some BS) might read them and realize the situation is kind of silly.
