Cosplay's Life in English.

I have always been, so to speak, the spoiled one of my mother, I have never had a father, but thanks my mother has not lacked anything in my life, and between that is the cosplay.

¿Cosplay? ¿What is it? I'll answer that question with yours Wikipedia definition:

"Cosplay (コスプレ kosupure), a contraction of the words costume play, is a hobby in which participants called cosplayers wear costumes and fashion accessories to represent a specific character. Cosplayers often interact to create a subculture, and a broader use of the term "cosplay" applies to any costumed role-playing in venues apart from the stage. Any entity that lends itself to dramatic interpretation may be taken up as a subject and it is not unusual to see genders switched. Therefore I have always liked to disguise myself or make a representation of a character in question.

From a very young age, my mother and my godmother have been the ones who have allowed me in that aspect, I think that since always, all my life I have been disguised.

Then I grew up and they began to disguise me for the Carnival comparsas.

I was Jeannie (I Dream of Jeannie), A Clown, and Witch the following years.

In my adolescence I continued with my "Tradition" of disguising myself as a Witch for Halloween or carnivals.

So it was going a couple of years more until there was for the first time in cumaná an anime and manga convention, called Otakumana.

This is where I also did a professional cosplay for the first time. The cosplay was from Alucard from Hellsing anime.

Since then I really liked doing something more "professional" than just a couple of clothes.
After a few months and I started to have friends with the same tastes as me, I made another representative cosplay.

It was the time where Adventure Time was in style and everyone had a Hype on the subject, I took to a meeting in the park with a theme similar to the convention, the cosplay from Fionna The Human.

The same day, a friend lent me his Mario hat and I made this combination.

After that meeting there was a couple more with the same theme, and in one of those I made a representation of a supposed Samurai.

Continuing with the theme of Cosplay serious for the next conventions, I made a BMO cosplay of Adventure Time, not a conventional one, but a more Cute one, where the character was used to make a dress.

We continued again with the homemade cosplays, it was simply that at a certain moment I had a certain appearance that I used to be able to represent the characters as:

When the second edition of the Otakumana was made, I decided to do the Raven Cosplay of Teen Titans.

Then came other conventions that I did not have much encouragement to attend, but in the end I did to spend time with my friends.

For the same lack of encouragement I did not have time to design a more complex suit so my mother made my tail, ears and hands from a kitty.

Time passed and it did not become very important in my world of cosplay, from time to time I came out with one or the other but nothing relevant or new.

OTAKUMANA 3:

I was called to be one of the cosplayers invited to be from Raven and Alucard, on Saturdays and Sundays respectively, on Sunday I had the honor of meeting the dubbing actor José Manuel Viera who does the dubbing in Latin of Alucard. It was super exciting.

Some time later in another Otakumana I made the cosplay of Sanji from the anime One Piece.

Here my boyfriend and I did a couple cosplays, he was Zoro.

Jumping more in time forward in another convention plus I made one of my most representative characters D-E-A-D-P-O-O-L.

Now, going away from the conventions, in a meeting on LOL, with time cut, I did Cosplay from Jinx.

A few months later I was part of the Staff of a convention that a friend made and although the cosplay gave me heat I was able to perform all my tasks as his right hand.

And those are all cosplay so far that I have done, maybe I have missed some, but at this moment it does not come to mind another, but anyway I wanted to teach them an important part of my life and with great sentimental value .
