Once you get excited for example to be fit so you get down and you
go to the gym for a couple of weeks then you lose interest.

Why are you unable to complete?

#1 ACTIONS ARE DETERMINED BY INTENTIONS; Intention is to decide on what you thought.

Your thoughts that you feed your mind with will affect the end result.

Positive thoughts will make you feel happy and energized, while negative thoughts will make you feel terrible and will drain your energy.

Our minds work like a sponge soaking up any information we feed it whether it is true or false, the mind believes whatever you give it; Therefore you can dream of something you overthink about it.

Your thoughts determine the outcome; Meaning your thoughts determine the life
you end up living.

#2 EXCUSES; The act of fear of dealing with the things that should be done.
Or Pessimism excuse; To say that you can't just do it without even trying.

Excuses prevent us from what we want to achieve in life and we convince
ourselves by these excuses.
