I am happy that your are now pursuing the quest for optimum health. I am also following that route which is quite a challenge. Have you heard of "The Truth about Cancer" - you might find it interesting.

    Thank you. This journey can be extremely because we've become so accustomed to taking everything at face value and we really can't afford to.
    Yes, I have watched that documentary. There's also another one called the truth about vaccines. They are both through and informative documentaries which form a good starting point for research.
    Glad to hear you making the conscious decision to improve your health. Once we have the correct mindset we can and will succeed.
