red gladiolus

i was walking around the library of my local college campus until i came across this hidden beautiful plant of red gladiolus!

this plant is really stunning with its gorgeous red shade and six petaled blooms that resemble easter lilies or red amaryllis & face down like the bell flower “ruby bells”

i thought the shape of these blooms were really interesting as well since normally, red gladiolus blooms would have really wavy, large petals similar to an iris, but this is just as nice if not better!
