Google defines a vacation or holiday as a leave of absence from a regular occupation, or a specific trip or journey, usually for the purpose of recreation or tourism. Vacations are often spent with friends or family.
The above definition is apt because vacation is a time of work when you kick back and relax without the usual day to day pressure you are used to. The kids and I have been on vacation of some sort for the past two weeks and I can feel the difference in my body and mind. We all feel rejuvenated, energized, happier and ready to take on the world. If everyone took time off work to rejuvenate like this, we would have fewer burnouts and less work related stress-induced illnesses. I submit that vacations are a necessity not a luxury
I am planning to go on vacation by December after a long year full of activities to rest my head, get to a serene environment and see new places..vacation is very necessary
