A 20-year-old woman accused of murdering a teenage boy and attempting to kill four other youngsters by running them over sobbed uncontrollably in court on Saturday.

Aya Hishmeh wept as she faced charges of the murder of Irish teenager Jacob Cummins, 17, and attempted murder of four other teenagers.

Her dad shouted: "We love you bubba, we all love you," as Hishmeh was led away from court.

Jacob died after he was hit by a car that mounted the pavement following a 60-people brawl in a car park of McDonald's in Perth, Australia.

Police say the brawl was a pre-arranged fight between two fights from opposing schools.

It is alleged Hishmeh mounted the curb with the vehicle and hit the teenagers at speed.

Paramedics rushed to the scene but were unable to save Jacob..

“I feel terrible. The amount of times you had my back and always had my back without a doubt. You're truly my best friend.

“RIP Jacob Cummins you’ll forever be in our hearts my brother.”
