Rape is rape, it is red and evil

Rape is a very big issue that leaves the victim scarred for life. You only have to talk to victims to understand the impact and how damaged the victims are left mentally. Most victims of rape are not raped by strangers but by people they trust and respect.

Agreed that no one should put themselves in a harms way, however people' s right must be respected.

Some people have found themselves in a guy's house not by their choice but due to circumstance. Some years back a lady was given a lift by her university mate who assured her that he knew the town she was visiting and would get her to her relations.

They arrived the city by 11pm, she gave him the address, he drove round a couple of times, but could not locate the house. He encouraged her to sleep at his house and the next day he will assist her to find the address. Unfortunately the guy had a different agenda.

When they got to his house, he made her comfortable by providing late dinner however as she tried to sleep, he attacked her. The lady was very good in martial acts so she was able to fight him and also smash up his house.

Many girls are not that lucky.
No one and I mean no one has the right to touch anyone without their consent. Is the man an animal that he cannot control himself? Ladies still swim in bikinis and also sunbath without being raped.

Not all men are animals, there are dignified ones and anyone who violates a woman should go to prison. It is so easy to blame, I have met and talked with victims of rape and that singular act has crashed every relationship including marriages in most of them. Some of them hate sex with passion, some are frightened by it.

If a man rapes another man who was walking around naked, would you blame the naked person?

If a girl with HIV opens her legs wide for you, would you go ahead?

Even married women get raped by their husbands.

Since when did nakedness become absolute consent?

It's very natural to be naked. Nobody should try to criminalize it .

Men walk around bare chested all the time. Imagine if women start raping them because of that. Or you think women are not attracted to buff chest?

Why is consent such a difficult thing for people to understand?

It is a Rapist's responsibility not to Rape. If you don't have self control, check yourself into a mental institution or isolate yourself from Innocent human beings.

When someone asks you to stop, STOP! Don't force sex, there's a good chance the person is in pain. Even if they are not, STOP.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. It's a basic human right.

Just because someone likes water doesn't mean they want you to force it down their throats and drown them with it.

RAPE is the absence of CONSENT.
