Selain bumbu kacang kita juga akan di suguhka dengan kuah soto khas matang yang rasanya sangat mantap dan maknyus soto ini terasa sangat berbeda dengan soto-soto yang berasal dari daerah lain, soto ini di buat dengan cara masukkan tulang maupun daging kambing/daging sapi lalu tambahkan air matang, bawang putih, bawang merah, ketumbar, serai, jahe, kemiri, lengkuas, kunyit, bawang pre, daun bawang, kayu manis dan kapulaga.
