A gratitude journal, which is also called a gratitude diary, helps you be happy and feel good. As a personal growth activity, keeping a gratitude journal is like writing down the good things in your life.

So, when things are hard, opening it and looking inside will change your mind and make you more likely to see the bright side. Do you think that everyone today agrees on how important mental health is?

What kind of notebook should I pick? Find a notebook first. However, not just any book. I pick a notebook with a simple cover, a pattern, or pictures that show who I am.

I want to open my notebook and write something more and more as I hold it close. Have we found the book? Now we need to choose a place for the thanks journal to stay.

It's best to always have a place nearby where you can be by yourself. You can put it anywhere, like next to the tub or on the coffee table in the living room. I picked a spot that I see every night before bed.

People who are naturally creative can use everything in this notebook. The coloured pencils, stickers, and other office supplies let them show off their artistic side.
