Being offended all the time hurts you. becoming flexible like bamboo helps you handle problems without becoming overwhelmed.

Some are always offended. They choose to hit a wall virtually every moment instead of living in peace with their loved ones and respecting others. Offence can be exhausting.

Has the world united against them? No way. People habitually offend in this sensitive, complex world of emotions and personality.

Instead of seeing these people as issues, comprehend their inner workings.

Lack of psychological resources, hypersensitivity, and low self-esteem make their thoughts unpleasant.

Offences include words, gestures, and actions. This is the issue.

It is a very limited self-concept that perceives issues and hatred where none exist.

People with this personality see storms in sunshine. You should consider this.

If others have problems communicating with us, something is wrong. You must determine why they are uncomfortable, communicate poorly, or receive poor treatment.

Instead of believing “everyone around me hates me,” ponder deeply and delicately.
Each layer of this “onion” must be removed to reveal our innermost self.
The rest of this article will explain what makes permanently outraged people tick.

Why are people always offended?

No one offends you—these are your projections.
Maybe your projections don't match reality.

We all have opinions on how others should behave, treat us, and react.

First, these projections aren't always right. Find out why.

Only how others treat you needs to be apparent. You deserve and must expect respect. A personal need we all have.
We don't control what others do or decide. Each person has the right to decide and act as they like, with respect.
We'll have a terrible time obsessing over our spouse's behaviour.
For calmer, more balanced progress, expect nothing from others but everything from yourself.

The world is not against you; harmonise with it.
A perpetually insulted person is like a stone or oak trunk. Picture this to understand:

Picture yourself like a tree facing the ocean. Waters fluctuate, wind is sometimes strong. Sometimes this ocean caresses, sometimes it lashes.

This ocean, its waves, and its components will bring down a royal and strong tree. In such a setting, everything firm and resistant falls.

If you're like this flexible bamboo branch, you'll dance with the wind and survive the worst storm.

Living forever outraged allows others to harm us more. However, we are responsible.

Those who take offence for nothing breed distrust.
If you're always annoyed, your loved ones will dislike you and leave.
If you take offence to compliments, you will alienate yourself.

Love yourself more and quiet your compulsive thoughts.
World doesn't hate you. Nobody opposes you. Avoid accumulating anger and seeing negative deeds that don't hurt you.

One who hates himself demands from others. Most of all, he expects others to give him love, admiration, and respect.
Without working from within, we would project our darkest abysses forth, making our reality horrible.
Not worth it. Avoid avoidable agony and gasoline-fueled fires. First, heal your scars and love yourself.

Your world will improve only when you love yourself enough.
