    The first thing I notice is how much more at ease and confident you seem to be now. You look great, by the way.

    I want to congratulate you, and remind you to enjoy it.

    I am miserable at the moment since - due to 3 'loose' vertebrae and a pinched nerve in my lower back, which limited all but the most necessary movement- I put on about 20 kilos during the last year. It's been a little over a month since I had surgery and now I need to get my figure back.
