Hey Steemit, it is been a day since i haven't post any article. Today, i would like to tell you the company that I work, and decided to resign.

Year end 2014: Why I join this company at the beginning.

This is the year I started as web developer in this company. This company is small, it occupied 7 workers. First, the company has 2 boss, then 1 admin, 3 web developers and 1 designer. At the beginning, I was happy i join this company is because previously i had interviewed many companies but sadly they all rejected me but only this company is accepted me. Second, this company all can speak same language which is mandarin.

Year first 2015: Unexpected close of this company.

This happen around during Chinese New Year, one of the boss I called him Mr. K who took the money and the projects to resell it to other company. The second boss, I call him Mr. J, they all argue end up the company is having financial difficulties and few of the colleagues want to quit the job. Then Mr. J told us it fine and he decided to invite more investors. But sadly, some of the colleagues are decided to leave this company. Hence, this company only left me, the designer and the admin with Mr. J.

Year 2016: New company is form.

After the previous company is close, the Mr J told me to work with him. I have nothing to lose and I was too young to to quit the job because so much to learn from the programming to bust up my skills. Hence, I decided to join. Few new colleagues are join, more project is come, this time the nightmare come towards me. More and more project comes, and I can't finish all the projects. This end up some of the investors and workers few angry and they decided to resign.

This is why i left this company.

Few reason which i resign. First the Mr. J does not fulfill his promise . Second the pressure from the project. Third, lack of project management. This is why I left the company. Because I left from so called the prison, my skills of programming is good and i right now i work at high pay company.
