Blessings of Life

There are tough times in life where we feel that life is hard but then from my personal life, I can always say that there is no difficult situation from where there is no way out. If there are problems, then there are solutions also. Our lives are designed in that manner. Going through our Karma is not a punishment but it is a learning, we plan for our lives to grow spiritually and every difficult situation is an opportunity of growth. The difficult situations are a part of our birth plan for the growth of our soul. If there is a problem, there will also be a solution designed for it. The solutions can be an outcome of our desire or it can be an outcome which may be for our highest good. In any situation it will be good for us.

Each one of us has our own challenges of life, there is no easy sailing. The only difference is some people have better capacity to deal with problems and some get easily stressed out. We keep complaining about lot of things in life but in some calming moments when we reflect back on our lives we will realize that life gives us many beautiful things along the way. This life itself is a beautiful experience, the relationships we have with people, the love we get from our beloved ones, all of this is a blessing and our support system for a happy and healthy life.

Sometimes we make our life difficult and toxic with our own choices and using our own freewill. If someone drinks and smokes regularly then at some point of time the person will have health issue, in this case one cannot blame anyone except for themselves. We get stuck up in our emotions and do not want to let go off hurt and anger which are sometimes caused by people in some situations and then that disturbs our mental peace. The bagages that we carry makes our life difficult. It is very rightly said that we live our lives more in our minds then in actual. The past and future where we keep dwelling more then our present disturbs the balance of life.

Take life as a blessing, be mindful living every single day and moment and will realize that the journey of life is the most beautiful experience in this entire universe.
