Smoking is very bad for health, because the habit of smoking can damage almost all organs of the body that can cause various diseases.

Cigarettes contain thousands of kinds of chemicals, The three main substances known to be not very good for health are nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide gas.

Nicotine in cigarettes can trigger an increase in brain mediators called dopamine. The brain will adjust and accustomed to high dopamine conditions. If one day the person does not smoke then the dopamine levels of the brain will decrease as a result of brain performance will weaken so it will cause discomfort such as anxiety, not concentration, drowsiness, and so on.

People who smoke can cause illness, such as: - Coronary heart. - lungs - Hair loss - Skin quickly wrinkles - And all kinds of cancer

Smoking also affects other family members. What is often a victim is a passive smoker by inhaling cigarette smoke from others.

It is true that not all smokers will die of heart disease, lung cancer, or stroke, but smoking can be very disruptive to health and reduce the quality of your life. Smoking hazards that you can feel everyday are coughing, shortness of breath, more tired, more susceptible to infection, or experiencing sleep disorders characterized by difficulty breathing at night and then feel tired in the morning.

Maybe we often hear the dangers of smoking for health, but we still do not stop smoking habit because we feel now our health is still okay. Keep in mind, smoking is just like saving toxins in the body that little by little can accumulate if done constantly. That way, the risk of suffering from disease will be higher in old age.
