Savoury muffins.

INGREDIENTS
2cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
Salt to taste
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 medium sized onion
Spices of your choice
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 packet shoulder bacon or polony. You can use chicken or mince if you like
Grated cheese.
1/2 cup oil.

METHOD.
Made the same way we make ordinary scones.
In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for the eggs, milk and oil.
Slightly fry the bacon and set it aside to cool before adding it to the rest of the ingredients. In a jar, mix the milk, oil and eggs and add to the bowl with the ingredients. Mix well and add to a greased baking tin. Bake at 170° til ready. Enjoy........
