6) Sleeping cycle
Body grow and reduce when you go in sleep. Proper reesting time at least 8 hours of sleep is necessary for the body to take proper results.
7) Skipping Fats from the diet
Don't skip healthy fats it will help in burning extra fat, it contains some fatty acids that helps your body funtioning properly especially brain.
8) Taking care of micro nutrients
Divide the portion of your food in proper ratio so that your body helps you in letting the fat out. carbs, Protein and fat intake.
9) Consuming more sugar
Eating healthy but drinking more sugar will not helps you in acheiving goals. Drinks and items that contain sugar is the enemy it should be skipped.
