Barcelona are aiming to reach the Champions League semi-finals

for first time since winning the competition in 2015 as they face Roma over two quarter-final legs.

Chelsea were dispatched with ease at Camp Nou last time out as Lionel Messi scored his 100th goal in the competition, while Roma edged out Shakhtar Donetsk.

The last time these two teams met Barca ran out 6-1 winners, with an Italian team not winning at Camp Nou since Juventus at this stage 15 years ago.

Cengiz Under (knee) and Lorenzo Pellegrini (calf) are minor doubts for Roma, but of more concern is Radja Nainggolan (hamstring), who limped off against Bologna at the weekend.

Lionel Messi looks to be over his slight fitness concerns after scoring against Sevilla, as are Nelson Semedo (hamstring), Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Gerard Pique (both knee). Sergio Busquets, Sergi Samper and Lucas Digne are all out.
