I AM are two of the most powerful words there are.
Everything you say behind them will shape your reality. Everything you connect to your I AM will be your experience, if you connect I AM to something negative, negativity will be the end point to your experience.

If you connect your I AM to positivity, positive seeds will germinate in your subconscious mind that is always listening and obeying your commands.

I AM FREE

This year I decided to change my attitude to face life and everyday situations, the attitude grows from our own feelings and inner thoughts, and is unique and exclusive to each one. In this way, I can tell you that attitude can be the result of experience, both personal experience and other experiences.

If you have a positive attitude that will lead you to have positive feelings and energy to live, dream and, if you have a positive attitude, that attitude will lead you to be happy. But on the contrary, a negative, pessimistic attitude will lead to feelings of sadness. The negative attitude can be changed only by enjoying the beauty of life.

Here are a few recommendations for you to start enjoying your life, and have full control of yourself.

1. ENJOY EVERY DAY. Start by thanking God for giving you the opportunity to enjoy a new day. Be thankful for being alive and for everything you will experience in it, every new experience will give you knowledge and help you to have an excellent attitude.

2. LOOK AT YOUR INNER SELF. Analyzing yourself is the best way to find all the good things that are within you, who more than you to know all of what you are capable of doing and giving. In the mornings you can stand in front of the mirror and see yourself in the eyes and repeat yourself; I am an extraordinary being capable of doing everything I set out to do, repeat this several times and you will see how that phrase ends up engraving itself in your subconscious.

3. DON'T GIVE UP, TRY AGAIN. There will be days when you will get the desired result, but that can't be a reason to stop trying, if today you couldn't, don't give up, tomorrow you must try again.

4. MOTIVATION. The attitude depends a lot on the external situations, both for the bad and the good, so it is up to you to look for the positive influences that help you to have an excellent attitude. Surround yourself with people with good attitudes, people who will tell you that you are capable of achieving your goals, people who will teach you how to achieve the results.

5. ALWAYS HAVE A LOT OF FAITH. Life is not a walk in the park, where everything is happiness, we all have difficulties in life. We just have to not focus on those difficult situations, we have to focus on the new opportunities that will come our way, just think that your problems are small compared to other people's problems.

6. SEEKS TO PARTNER WITH THE BEST. To have a positive attitude we must surround ourselves with people with a positive attitude, sometimes it sounds hard when I say that we should choose our new friends, if your lifelong friends have a negative attitude, no doubt you will too. Change your surroundings, do it to one where you breathe good vibes and excellent attitude.

7. A DREAM THAT WON'T LET YOU SLEEP. Dreams are what move people's lives, those who have big dreams will achieve great results in life. No matter how small or large your dream, that dream will lead you to have a good attitude in life.

8. FIRST LOVE YOURSELF. Look for something to do, something you like to do, that activity will free you from the stress of doing unwanted activities. It is very important to be proactive when learning, so we will be better people for what we learn every day. You must try to learn something new every day.

9. HEALTH IS IMPORTANT. To have a good attitude you must be in good health, so you must rest, sleep and eat well, all this will help you to have a total well being. A good rest revitalizes your physical and mental mood.
