The problem I have with all this That it may be accurate but they seem to railroad all people who try this. How much success has been had using this type of approach?

People did have success. You have to have knowledge, but also approach must be right, because if so called judge see that you are unpleasant, it will ignore your facts. Of course it can ignore your facts anyway, but if you calmly with arguments explain that judge can't have authority over your life, if it is not crazy judge it must leave you alone. To me better approach is to not show at court at all and explain everything thru papers. In sense (and for real), when you willingly show up on court, you accepted their jurisdiction over your life. Never willingly go to the court, it is better that they on force kidnap you.

The trouble is a system doesn’t need to be right, when you go against the system you are going up against the believe of the masses and until they stop believing in it the few who understand the game get nowhere in court. And these days even more power is put into brainwashing people and legitimising the system.

I understand all this, I’ve even used some of the approaches with positive results against private corporations but I’ve never let anything go as far as court because when they do go the kidnap route it will not even be called kidnap by the rest of the world who wholeheartedly believe in the legitimacy of the system.
