Millineal epistolary

in life •  7 years ago  (edited)

The wind still rests, the oceans keep pacing
A life well led, emotions keep hastening
The ground gets set, for squandered legacies
The ploughs first bend, they can feel hell raising
A taste so sweet, some seldom harmony.
The birds won't tweet, they fear cacophony

270 nights in a pouch, striving to stretch her limbs. Sinister wings in the dark, gathering to perch on hills
We anticipate your dawn, miming to feed you bliss
Your advent will be fun, in months we ll cheese your teeth
The gaiety in the womb, beatitude in the hood.
We give birth to a girl, multitudes in the mood

How splendid would it be to see what you ll become
Skydiving and fishing, you ll soon wish there was more.
Drag you throughout history, we know you will be hurt
Discuss love and mysteries, the battles that we fought
Know no one has limits, both affluent and poor
Teach you to embrace it, your talents and your flaws

Mixed feelings will drench you, till you know what you want
Each killing will scare you, till you know why we hunt
These teachings we give you, I beseech, shun them not!
Keep listening! dont keep mute, love's a double edged sword
If cheating is let loose, please don't answer its call. Dear daughter, I write you, pride comes before a fall

Though you might not like blue, don't paint your self too pink
Seclude not the dummies, but adore those who think.
Sip booze when you re worried, but don't cross the third glass
Live life on your own terms, advice too forms just mass.
Compromise not your joy, so wolves don't get too close.
Randomise not your wars, winners are those who chose.

The sand dunes shift for you, the world vibrates all through.
The breeze brings your costumes, though despots too fall soon
The chansons' rhythmic face disappears when it glues.
Trusting you ll win your race, worry not when you lose. This is my word for you,oh dear little angel
These are my thoughts for good, no one else would I tell

Notes

I have written this poem solely for female children who might not know where exactly to face in life. As a sign of respect towards every responsible father, I make this piece a kind of soliloquy. Thanks for reading. Comments will indeed be appreciated.
