SCREENING OF STUDENTS' LEADERS AT SPIRE HIGH SCHOOL

It was massive yesterday at Spire High School-Gayaza, As candidates aspiring for prefectships were being screened yesterday in the school main hall.
Screening is defined as the presumptive identification process of unrecognized student's characters before they become school prefects

This year 2018, I received 58 application forms from students aspiring for various posts of leadership

It is always a school norm that students contesting to become school leaders are first screened before they proceed with the election procedures, and yesterday was this year's SCREENING DAY

The exercise started at 2pm, with all aspirants dressing a full school uniform

others used their house T-shirts because the school administration allows them to put on house T-shirts on every wednesday

The exercise began with a team of 5 staff members, though later 2 staff members join the session to make a total of 7 members.

The house was on fire as senior one students entered the screening room to be screened, Most of them seemed to be experiencing the session for the first time

others reached to an extent of kneeling before the screening panelists as a way of showing respect

As the electoral Chairperson am too happy that the session ended successfully as plan. VOTING DATE IS 06th/ April/2018

Only staff members and students will be allowed to cast their ballot as it was last year

Announcement of results will also be done on the same day
