Most people suffer from this ""disease",myself included of course.
Well i went for an inspiration summit today said,
"It all depends on how you actually define it,in simpler terms,its that one thing that stand between you and success,the greater things you can achieve and most of all it prevents you from reaching out to the blessings directed to you"
This made much more sense and from now on i dont think i will ever let anything stand on my way to success, stopping me from reaching out for my blessings and goals.
