The Discipline

Hello, today we will talk about the discipline of the human being at the moment. Most people should admit the mistakes they make and improve them over time. We know that discipline is not easy, but it must be full time also called "constant discipline" and this starts from an early age with little things like; "Lay the bed, organize the clothes, be punctual, etc.).

For those people who want to learn to be disciplined they can start with 3 factors, which are;
1.- Organization.
2.- Cleaning.
3.- Punctuality.

Those 3 factors are based on the "Japanese", over time this culture has been very disciplined and this why?

The organization is because in Japan everything is baptized, they adopt places for everything, where shoes, keys, etc. go. And they are nicknamed "Places of things". And they do not waste time looking for "X" things or get stressed out about it. So it's important as I said before is the CONSTANCE. "

The cleaning is to eliminate, I know that this is the strongest point to make because it is not easy to apply, since it is about eliminating old things, not accumulating and being clean. In Japan there is not much space, places are small so they can not accumulate objects, much less treasure them for several years, in other words they do not have the famous room to store objects for "X" emergency. In other words, letting go of the old to embrace the new, both in relationships and in material things.
(I will not talk about cleanliness over dirt, because this must be something applied to everyone, since it can make us sick).

Punctuality represents respect towards oneself and, therefore, toward others. It is also considered one of the basic rules of education, since being punctual symbolizes the consideration we deserve the person (or people) that awaits us, and in this area for everything.
In other words, respect for time.

Finally, it would be worth reflecting on the fact that parents have an obligation to instill in their children that punctuality is a value that will guide their steps along the best path; however, it will have to be applied in other habits such as order, perseverance and responsibility to excel among others as a considerate, sensitive and respectful human being of the time of those around him.
