Recognize the difference between the ability to predict, feel foreboding, and create prophecy. As you begin to explore ways of predicting the future, you will begin to hear strange language and may confuse you.
[1] The ability to predict meaning of consciousness about the future, can come from direct comprehension or other forms of perception like a dream. Many experiences show that the ability to predict can come in the form of dreams, and most often these dreams appear within 24-48 hours before the event occurs.
Feeling a feeling involves a feeling that something is going to happen, but without knowing exactly what it is. The hunch can be a bad feeling or "prejudice" that something "feels right." This feeling can be just as important as the ability to predict, and more reliable.
Creating prophecy refers to the Greek past, with predetermined and irreversible future conditions. A prophecy is a knowledge of a future that is sure to happen, without any doubt. If something has become a prophecy it means it can not be changed anymore.
- Begin deep meditation. The results of human brain recording show that the new man uses a fraction of the total ability of his brain. But is this inactive ability totally useless and powerless? Of course not. The activation of unknowable power can be done through deep meditation practice, allowing your subconscious mind to master and take over your conscious mind. In this condition the ability to predict the future will emerge.
Start by making yourself comfortable in the room with soft lighting. Sit in an upright position without pushing yourself, it's better if you can sit on the floor, calm your mind and focus your attention on your breath. Feel your breath flowing through your body. Feel your breath out of your body. Feel the freshness of oxygen in your body, and back out to the earth again. Focus only on your breathing, not other things.
Gradually start focusing on making your body relax while breathing. As you continue breathing, first focus on getting one of your arms relaxed. Feel your breath flow into your arm and let your arms relax. Do it also for the other arm, then down to your chest, and to your whole body. Let your head relax and your mind calm. Concentrate on this relaxation.
