On the VERGE of yet another one?
Just had a look in my Coinomi wallet and had a jaw drop. Verge {XVG} is really going up big time. Although my wallet seems to get the price from somewhere else than CoinMarketCap dot com does. In my wallet it says € 0.01 that would be about $ 0.011 right now. And Gulden {NLG} € 0.10, so what will I do now? Okay, decided, keeping it, as it will go towards € 1.00, after that I will decide. Also Litecoin {LTC} will burst through $35 now soon, it has too... And STEEM, wow look at our beloved one go! At $ 1.46, may I have your bets please. Okay, I really need to calm down a bit. Bitshares picking up too after that small dip? What a day today is! Bitmoney market capacity going towards new levels. Will it go past 100 billion already this week?
Go VERGE go! Think I got that new washingmachine covered, thanks to XVG going beyond the sky. And it is so nice to have 7K of Steem Power {SP} seeing my current upvotes at least add $ 0.13 it is such fun to do. And in the meantime getting a 3% dividend, added every time it is at least grown 0.001 Steem. This is something some do seem to forget, holding Steem Power, generates Steem Power! It is almost too much excitement right now for me to handle. Have not even looked at how Golos is doing and where Peerplays {PPY} is at right now. Guess I'll have to wait until wednesday the 7th of june for that one. Anyway, seems my speculation for Verge {XVG} worked out nicely and Gulden {NLG} going up too. And Steem has to pass the $ 1.50 mark today, moving towards $ 1.75? What do you think...?
Be aware though to only put in what you are willing and able to lose. Also your speculation might be as bad or as good as mine.
That is it for now, need to get away from the screen and get me some sunlight. We still have holiday monday, so everthing is going at quite an easy pace. Nearby day two of an airshow is soon to start. Maybe I put my 300mm lens on my Nikon and go there for a while.

$Verge going to break through to 1 cent as they just released their white paper today, this is just the beginning for VERGE, its in the top 3 highest trading volume on Bittrex which is incredible!

Hard to tell right now, according to my Coinomi wallet it is supposed to be at one eurocent. The real market value is quite lower still, just about half of that.
If you watch Bittrix that gives a good indication. Currently a lot of markets are climbing, then small dips and getting up again.

It really looks like Verge is at a climb after it began slowly low for a long time and recently I had the idea that it could be one to go up fast. Just like Doge did and DigiByte.
And if you look at the chart for DGB, you can see a similiar pattern as with XVG:

That one started its break through a few weeks ago.
So, follow your gut feeling, when I bought XVG it was still extremely cheap. And I keep holding on to them as I expect more, but it is speculation...

There is a company in Nederland called LiteBit that offers free price alerts: https://www.litebit.eu/nl Unfortunately they do not support Verge (yet). But they support a lot of different ones. It is one of the services that I use.

It is indeed all speculation, I managed to buy myself some Steem last week ( € 250,-). I might buy some more, I will see... At what level should Steem be for fair value?

It is hard to foretell at which level Steem could be considered fair value. At some point I thought Steem could go to above 12 USD about 10.80 EURO. It has been at over 4 USD for a very short time.
It should pass beyond $ 1.50 soon. Much depends on the growth of the total Bitmoney/ Cryptocurrency market, I think.
If STEEM could pass 1.50 USD and keep at least 'wobble' around that for a while, attracting more attention in the proces. Then that would be good for the next investement wave and part of the flow towards Steem.
When I did some total market capacity calculations recently I got a slightly adjusted insight. Some more realistic I think. In the sense that there is still just a relatively small overall investment in cryptos. Steem is on the stronger law of attraction side of the Bitmoney/Cryptocurrency realm.
At that moment I took 10 million market cap as the threshold for any crypto to be considered to have a real chance to become an established part of the future market. The lower the value of the current market cap, the lower the expectation.
That made me decide to buy some Verge {XVG} for instance.
Steem has a tougher competition being in the top 25 of the market. Investors need to be convinced that this Token really has actuall value attached. Because of the information that is created on the blockchain through blogging. That it is ultra fast, 3-2-1-DONE and it can scale better than any blockchain out there. (Except the family: Golos, Bitshares, Peerplays and soon: EOS.)
And it is cheap to use! ZERO transaction costs.
Yet, it takes time to get the word out in the right way. Fortunately Steem is already on the strongest side of the market, meaning that with every overall market gain, it will grow in value.
Hm... Wanted to give a short answer here, and then this came out...
Hope it can help you decide. As I think everybody is best at making their own choices, I leave the (investment) decision up to themselves. And sometimes my thoughts and visions can be of assistence in that proces. ;-)

Anyhow, I like the fact that a lot of Steem is lockup in SP, which should make it more stable. And when new buyers try to accumulate some Steem the will meet low supply.
