1.Cottage cheese-250g.
- Flour-200g
- Butter-80g
- Sugar-150g
Cooking
Sift the flour,add the pieces of butter,grind all into powder.Put the cottage cheese,mash well.Shape the resulting dough ball.If the hands become greasy,add more flour.Roll the dough to a thickness of 5mm,with a glass cut out circles.In a deep dish, pour sugar.The resulting round of dough pancake from both sides roll in sugar and fold in half.Then fold in half again.Baking tray lay a parchment,put it in cookies,bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes until they are lightly browned.
