People ask me: "Do you miss Canada @onceuponatime?" Well, no. But I do miss my car (and spaces big enough to park it lol. And understandable traffic rules that everyone agrees upon and practices! I am constantly amazed by Greek drivers. As soon as they get in their cars, they are in a huge rush and willing to take massive chances in order to save 2 minutes on their way to go and sit around for three hours drinking coffee :-) Does that make sense to you?

Well, I know when I was in Los Angeles people got really crazy in their driving. I hated to drive so I would walk a lot as I lived in downtown.

Thanks for sharing @onceuponatime

very good.

There are actually some things that we can not go without. Whatever it does We miss it a lot

Hahaha now we got the right view sir, beautiful.house ;)
Greek.drivers are legends :p

Now the pic looks perfect, hahahah.. Why was it upside down in the previous one?
Doesn't make any sense to me, saving 2 minutes to drink coffee for three hours, that's insane.

Well said many people make haste during driving to save few minutes even they compromise their own life and than they the waste the time by sitting idle

You should come to Venezuela. This is adrenaline! Here is the law of the west. Although some of us follow the rules, the vast majority strives not to comply with the law.

Now that real pic not inverted great post
There is great difference btween driving in canada and greek

@onceuponatime

You come to the argument. In this case, I think you are right. You have to miss your car so miss.

You are making me miss your car too!
Hahaha greek drivers are fast:p
3 hours coffee :v

wow so beautifull car..thanks for sharing....

Hahaha not all countries are the same, at least in my country there are more people who do not comply with the rules, it is a true madness

Enjoy traffic the Greek way :P

Lolz!! It doesn't make sense to me my dear. They will rush to reach a place endangering their life for a sake to reach a cool joint to take coffee lol! Is funny indeed.

I am constantly amazed by Greek drivers.

That's really cool there's no time to waste, Every seconds count not even minutes.

enjoy traffic moment !

Lol totaly makes no sense! They probably really want that coffee :P

Well, at least you miss something. Never been to Canada before, but I hear it's a great place to be. Your analogy of the Greek drivers is just very funny @onceuponatime. Rush through 2minutes just save 3hours for pleasure. That's unimaginable and funny though.

Nice car with great colour @onceuponatime and who would not miss that lovely SUV? and for saving 2 minutes on their way to go and sit around for three hours drinking coffee? How can one risk his life for just a cup of coffee you will end up drinking for good 3hours? It sounds strange to me.

Lol no not at all

Meanwhile in all the few Indian and Chinese cities I've been to, they use the horns more than the brakes😎

I love your house or your old home idk. Looks like it was built in a really quiet and nice environment.

They seem to be in hurry only when they are driving.

Have you ever been for New York City ? It’s the same thing here . 2 minutes is not worth your life

At a wild guess, you live in Greece? I have been there several times and have driven the roads, but its been the islands and not the mainland.

There are countries that I wouldn't dare drive, so I would say its not as bad as those.

Why do not you bring your car to Greece;

Hello there follow me @richjen8

Some of things in our life are really near and dear to us and we miss them alot....

may be love for coffee is worth their life!

@onceuponatime,
Again :O Ah I see, this photography took before you get into the car, and previous one was when you get out of it!

Cheers~

hehehe sir obviously it doesn't make any sense but people do :/ well sir your car is beautiful missing your car :(

i love Canada

fabulous one!!!

Come again in amazing canada!!!

It was better upside down lol. I would call it “an art made by mistake” It completely made sense. Now I’m completely confused... and Photo is correct.
However, it looks like it’s a great idea “how to make two posts in a matter of seconds!” You just saved time to drink your ☕️ !

lol so true about Greeks driving and coffee habbits.

Ha ha ...live your myth in Greece ;-)

People never make sense they're unpredictable and do things that are not logical. Cars however make a lot of sense thank you for sharing about your car

When I think of greek drivers this scene always pops in my mind:

That’s Vancouver right? I’ve never been but I have friends that have gone and they’ve told me how amazing it is, the nature especially.

Everything in Greece just seems a lot less policed or strict (my experience is mainly in Crete tho). So driving feels more hectic and a bit of a free for all. The automobile related fatality rate statistic in Greece is very upsetting, unfortunately I know a few people that lost their lives.

The one thing I do like on the highway driving that I don’t notice in the NYC area, is people actually using the left lane for passing and the right lane for driving normal/slow.

wow .... very beautiful yard of his car garage

Ha! I spent a month touring Greece (road trip/rental car)'almost 20 years ago and have never seen anything like Greek drivers anywhere else in the world! I didn't have to ask the reason for all those roadside shrines.

Other places may be another way they are driving, maybe in Greece they often drive fast, whereas in others it is driving slowly.
Like your car @onceuponatime

That's just pure rubbish
What if they hit someone else car or get into accident while rushing

Everyone has their own priorities. Perhaps someone is right, saving time on the road, cutting the way. Unless, of course, it poses a threat to other members of the movement. Everything has a right to be. Depends where you're looking from. And even the car upside down sometimes may seem not a mistake, but a creative solution. It all depends on the position of the viewer.

I just hate us -even more- when I drive.

This observation is relevant not only for Greece!

And the streets should be better there? Machine guides wear their helmet?😊

I face the same problem when in India. It seems like a mad rush all the time there, where as here in Muscat we have clear driving, smooth rules and stringent traffic rules which keeps everything in control. I believe the traffic rules should be very strict for people to feel responsible.
Greece is a beautiful place but sure there are pros and cons of every place.

Hahahahaha who wouldn't miss a car like this. That is one huge parking space.

Even right here, most people are in a rush for nothing. It annoys me.

Give me that car!! (Just kidding)

No it doesn´t make any sense for me how they are driving. I just returned from Mykonos and the drivers are really crazy. We rented some ATV´s and it was a lot of fun but the people told us that many drivers died because of the driving style...

It makes complete sense to me! In Sicily we are very dangerous drivers: to summarize, people don't really follow the street signs, they look at each other and figure out who is passing first by an exchange of looks!?!

Lol. Coffee addiction is terrible 😁

You know, that reminds me ever so much of growing up in he south of Spain.

Drivers there were much the same. Put a someone behind the wheel and they'd careen down some tiny back road at 120 km/h, honking at trucks, cows and children... and then they'd get to their destination and sit at a table on the local Plaza with their buddies for three hours, drinking wine and eating tapas.

I think maybe driving represented an "inconvenience" in the otherwise deliberate pace of life... so it had to be GOTTEN OUT OF THE WAY, NOW!

It's a matter of survival ...

Your analogy of the Greek drivers is just very funny @onceuponatime. Rush through 2minutes just save 3hours for pleasure. That's unimaginable and funny though..
