The first few hours in the morning are the most important hours to set the whole day more active and productive. Most of the people do not realize the importance of the few hours in the morning that is in most the cases the reason to become unable to complete daily tasks. All the successful people in the world used their morning time to get properly scheduled. The best formula to become successful in life is to make the proper use of the morning hours. So if you want to become successful in whatever sector you want to, you have to utilize your morning hours in a planned way. Follow the 6 steps to properly utilize your morning hours –
1. Wake up 3 Hours before your first Meeting
Waking up in the morning 3 hours before your first meeting or dealing is very important for achieving success. Morning sleep can create mental fuzziness. Many people use to wake up half an hour to an hour before going to the office. The best is to set alarm 2 to 3 hours before you start for your workplace. It will help you feel great instead of rushed. If you have 3 hours in hand, then you can get other things done and you will feel fully awake by the time you start for your workplace.
2. Start Your Day Drinking Water
Just after waking up start your day by drinking fresh water. Drinking water in the morning will help kick start your metabolism, rehydrate your body and will make you feel more alert. Almost every successful people start their day with drinking water in the morning. Try to make it your habit so every morning you will have a good kick start of your metabolism.
3. Dedicate 30 to 45 Minutes to Get Yourself Inspired and Motivated
You should learn new things every day and morning is the best time for doing that. Reading materials that are truly inspirational, motivational can help you get more enthusiastic, motivated and inspired to get yourself on board. You will find your days very interesting while working with inspirations. Many people practice meditation in the morning for 30 to 60 minutes to get their mind ready for the day. If you are opting for meditation then use meditational music to get your mind ready fast and effectively.
4. Stretches and Exercises
Many studies have shown that morning hours are the best time for doing exercises. If we do some physical exercise in the morning you will be able to finish your exercises properly. Exercise is very crucial for our health. It improves our stamina and helps us shape our body with a better physic. There are more benefits of doing exercise in the morning. Those are as follows – · Enhances the Metabolism · Improved Physical and Mental Energy · Develop Self-Discipline · Help Reach the Physical Goal.
5. Writing Your Goals Every Morning As You Have Achieved Them
After completing the exercise go for writing 10 to 20 goals which you are going to achieve in a number of days or months. Your goal should include at least 10 short term (1 month to 6 months) and at least 5 long term (1 to 5 years) goals. While writing the goals you should use present indefinite tense in writing your goals. For example: “I earn $120,000 in a year” or “I become a millionaire in 5 years”. Write your goals in this way which will help you get motivated and determined to achieve a greater goal. Most of the most successful and rich people use this method to get themselves on track to achieve goals.
6. Following Up the Daily Tasks
At night before going to bed, write all your tasks for the very next day to follow up in the next morning. This will help you get your mind ready for the next day tasks. Writing the tasks the night before helps the brain to work even while you are sleeping. Your subconscious mind works on that get you mentally ready for following up the tasks to be done.
7. Prioritizing All Tasks and Goals of the Day
Always prioritize your tasks and goals so that you will get to know which tasks you should complete first. Give all the tasks numbers according to their importance and then sort them and write the list again.
8. Call to Action with Urgency
This step is very crucial because without this step the other five steps cannot be performed well. What if we write goals and tasks but we don’t take actions to implement them? I think without a call to action no goal can be achieved. For getting that call to action mind set we have to create a feeling of urgency for all our tasks and goals. When you will feel an urgency for doing your daily tasks then you will be able to complete all your tasks within the set time.

When I first realized the importance of morning I was planned everything to just wake up early in the morning. After then it became my habit, I followed the other steps to get success.
