In Michigan we don't let the weather slow us down, much.

Friday gave us an all day event that eventually dropped 7-10 inches (18-24cm) of snow depending on where you were. Aside from the threat of more on Saturday, we all geared up for some random doubles at the Linkz. We're lucky to be able to play at a private course, where you don't lose your discs, you just misplace them. We had 13 people make the trek out though some left as they had to, leaving their partner to play cali. Thankfully we're a pretty loose group so when a late-comer arrived he quickly provided support for the once stranded player.

One of our fellow players, Taz as we know him, decided to help us out a little and make some tracks in the fairway. They definitely came in handy quickly when we looked down the frozen tundra towards Hole 5's basket.

It was an awesome round amongst friends, but I probably did myself in a little bit this morning at Kensington leagues. We only played 18, but the snow was just a deep and was certainly more elevation. The last two days have been tough and tiring, but it's all for the love of the sport and people. One more night to go; looking forward to doing it all again at the weekly glow league tomorrow night, still on the hunt for that berth...
