You might occasionally get unpleasant surprises in life. Events that are unpleasant can make you feel angry and cut off from yourself. But despite all the nasty surprises, life is still lovely. The sun coming out, birds chirping in the morning, the scent of a freshly opened flower, a delicious meal...

There are plenty of reasons to be grateful for life and to hold on to it firmly. The greatest miracle, aside from all of these, is you. You should therefore give life even more of an embrace.

You should always be happy, laughing, and in love with yourself, no matter what occurs or what you go through. It should always make you feel happy.
