Try writing your goals where you can see them daily, such as on your bathroom mirror. Focus your energy on reaching these goals. Use affirmations like “I bring balance to everything I do” or “Everything in moderation” to reinforce your commitment to a balanced lifestyle.
Let your breath be your guide. When we allow ourselves to become distracted, balance slips away. By paying attention to our breath and being present in each moment, we can find our way back to a state of balance.
If you notice your thoughts or feelings drifting too far to one side, pause for a moment. Take a deep breath and follow its rhythm, inhaling and exhaling steadily. This simple practice of balancing your breath can promote harmony within yourself.
