If you blame others, your career, or your situation, it will be hard to change.
You must realise that you alone create what happens to you and take responsibility for all your actions to relearn energy conservation.
Let's imagine a coworker or friend consistently frustrates you by attempting to be better than you. On days it bothers you more, you say you're exhausted. You truly think this colleague did it. Even if you had other options, you accused him. Some examples:
- disregard him by saying he rejects himself so much that this is the only way he can feel important;
- consider why you attract this person and what you might learn from them;
- request an interview to discuss your experiences with him and ask if he has any suggestions to reduce his bothersomeness;
- notice when you do this. If you can't find one, ask your family to tell you when it happens.
Your response to your colleague's behaviour drains you, not them. Thus, we make our own life. You always have options, no matter the situation or persons involved.
Energy flows consistently when centred. We are connected to cosmic and telluric energy throughout our lives. When our ego takes over, we decenter ourselves and block energy flow. Only we can do this. If we experience bodily or psychological discomfort, our ego has taken over. We use our energy reserve.
Tiredness signals that your reserve is dwindling and that you must replenish it. Excessive physical activity can cause healthy fatigue. Here, two hours of slumber will help you recover.
This article discusses psychological energy depletion, which depletes the body's reserves. Because our ego inhibits us from taking responsibility, recharging takes longer and is harder.
How can we stay energised despite everyday ups and downs, life's challenges, and all kinds of people?
Physically, listening to your body boosts vitality. These demands include breathing clean air as often as possible, drinking two litres of water a day, eating correctly by eating when you are hungry and giving your body what it needs, exercising regularly, and resting before your energy reserves run out.
Set emotional goals and appreciate life. You have a lot of energy when you pursue a goal you enjoy. Appreciating daily joys saves energy. Isn't that better than only perceiving people and situations negatively?
Mentally, you must think positively and enjoy meeting new people. Instead of fretting and being inactive, plan how to achieve your goals.
Spiritually, practise what you've learnt about true love instead of seeking it from others. Remember that only you can change your life. Remember that true love means accepting your own and others' flaws. Do you feel exhausted when trying to persuade someone? This behaviour with yourself yields the same consequence. This proves the ego, not the heart, loves with conditions.
Energy is always present, like air and sun. We prevent it like being confined in a windowless chamber without the sun. It's still there.
Listening to your needs and supporting your physical, emotional, and mental bodies helps boost energy. Blocking your energy intake depletes your reserves, accelerates ageing, and can make you unwell.
Take use of the amazing energy inside and around you.
