Unexplained facts and great mysteries. In this segment I present the most intriguing cases, unsolved and without scientific explanation. Throughout the history of humanity, famous and inexplicable events have occurred, but with the passage of time, elements are discovered that allow us to understand the causes of what happened. On the other hand, there are others who, despite the research, analysis and perceptions developed over time, remain incomprehensible cases, fascinating cases that defy the laws of physics, logic and rationality.
In this article I present to you some of the unexplainable facts and the most beautiful and disturbing mysteries, which to date are totally or partially unsolved. The texts have been taken freely from www.wikipedia.com. For each of the cases treated, selected after a passionate investigation.
ATLANTIDA
The vanished civilization
Atlantis is a legendary island, whose myth is first mentioned by Plato in the Timothy Dialogues (17-27). According to Plato, Atlantis was a naval power situated "beyond the Pillars of Hercules", which conquered many parts of Western Europe and Africa nine thousand years before the time of Solon (about 9600 BC).
Being a functional story in Plato's dialogues, Atlantis is generally seen as a myth conceived by the Greek philosopher to illustrate his political ideas. Although the function of Atlantis seems clear to most scholars, they argue about how much and how much Plato's tale can be inspired by any older tradition.
Some argue that Plato relied on the memory of past events such as the volcanic eruption of Thera or the Trojan War, while others insist that he was inspired by contemporary events such as the destruction of Elice in 373 BC. or the Athenian invasion of Sicily in 415-413 B.C. The possible existence of an authentic Atlantis was actively discussed during classical antiquity, but was generally rejected and occasionally parodied by later authors.
What do you think, Atlanta could have existed? And if so, what would be the cause of his disappearance?
