Why do I need confirmation from other people so I can believe in myself?
Since you were a child, people around you taught you are not enough as you are. They taught you to learn and become better so you can become successful in life.
To know how good you have to become, you needed confirmation from your parents, teachers, and others. You started to trust that opinions and forgot about your own judgment of your own worthiness.
How can I start to believe in myself again?
You are good enough as you are. But you have to know that what you give to the world that is what you get. It is a vibrational thing. The vibration you radiate that is important.
So if there is something you don't like in your life, find out what causes it and then change that. Change your thinking on that topic. Change your vibration.
