Hello, my dear online friends :).
I made the second video. :) I started to enjoy the creative process that I experience with making these videos. So, you can probably expect them once a week. :)
In this video, I talk about how to reset the mind. I show three techniques, how to relax the mind that I use on a daily basis.
To relax the mind is very important to me. If I do it every day, my mind is calm, clear and confident. I don't experience the confusion, and I can make good decisions.
I can easily choose to eat healthily or go for a run. I don't pick up a fight with someone. I can stop and think first. Calm myself down and understand why am I in the situation I found myself in.
Relaxing the mind has so many benefits, and I encourage you to try it too.
